- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- The item should not show any signs of wear or damage

Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

- The amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
